Overview

The Staking workflow provides point staking with high-precision GNSS guidance. Import design points from CAD files, Trimble Data Dictionaries, or any georeferenced features, then use FastXY to guide you directly to each location with cross track navigation.

Perfect for construction layout, utility locating, property corner recovery, and any field work where you need to find specific coordinates on the ground. Supports import of raster images from drones and other sources.

Precision Guidance
Get within centimeters of your target with RTK-enabled GNSS. Clear indicators show when you've reached the stakeout position.
Import CAD & Trimble
Import stakeout points from CAD files, Trimble Data Dictionary, CSV, Shapefile, or other GIS formats. Bring in design coordinates directly.
Cross Track Navigation
Cross track navigation with bearing and distance to target. Know exactly which direction to walk and how far to go.
Raster Image Import
Import raster images from drones and other sources as reference layers for staking operations.

How It Works

    Import Your Points

    Load your stakeout points from a file or select existing features from a layer. Points can come from design files, survey data, or previous collections.

    Select a Target

    Choose the point you want to stake. FastXY shows you the distance and direction from your current position.

  3. 3

    Navigate to Point

    Follow the on-screen guidance. The display updates in real-time, showing remaining distance and direction adjustments needed.

  4. 4

    Mark the Location

    When you reach the target coordinates, physically mark the location. Move to the next point and repeat.
